I went to a Game Store on the 24th of February 2019 and i wanted to find out if i would qualify for a Game Store Account, the employee assisting me told me i qualified for R7000.00, they asked me normal questions and a contract was presented, the employee asked me if i would like a 12 (twelve) month option or a 24 (twenty-four) month option, i decided to take the 12 (twelve) month option, as on the contract, the premium is R738.21 which means over the period of 12 (twelve) months and the Annual interest rate of 20.75% i would have paid R8, 959.48 in total which includes the Monthly Service Fee's of R59.00 and the Initiation Fee of R101.00 and the Customer Protection Insurance of R28.25, total interest charged (based on a 12 month repayment period) is R811.48. Long story-short, I have paid every installment up until February 2020, and my premium was changing on a monthly basis, having spend literally thousands of rand on petrol going to the Game Store for assistance i never received, no one could ever explain to me why my Premium was changing nor why my closing balance kept going up instead of down, spoke to RCS directly and they told me they see the problem and they will "call me back", 2 years later i am still waiting for that call... my account is still running regardless all the payments and effort, people call me on a daily basis to tell me that i have been given our to attorneys... why was i given over to attorneys? someone must please assist me with this matter, i urgently need help and i have contacted everyone i ever could regarding this... i have all the necessary documents needed, this need to be resolved, i am blacklisted because of this.
