Future of Daimler (Sales) is in the path of destruction in Tamilnadu market

I am Jeeva.R.T (+91 7373073303) from Kumbakonam , Tamilnadu. A 2nd generation truck owner who is in search of Trucks that suits for my needs along with the features loaded. While surfing I found some companies like AMW, MAN, Volvo Eicher and yours (Bharat Benz)who manufactures advance trucks that meet my requirements along with the latest technologies like ABS, Advance Power steering, Digital displays, ECU trouble shooting, company built cabin along with body and other performances. In the above list I shortlisted Bharat Benz finally and went to my nearest dealer in Trichy (Jayaraj Truck) and approached for a quotation, except receptionist no one welcomes us and are(sales persons) not in a fond of selling trucks. Finally I received a quotation and I decided to book BharatBenz 2523 fully build. The follow-up was very worst, and there was no proper response. But still I don’t want to miss BharatBenz due to its hardcore mechanism and internationally proven engines. So I decided to approach another dealer who is nearby in Salem (Prabal Trucking), I totally shocked while entering, coz no one there is ready to welcome us. At last a sales person named Mr. Elango (+91 8489901910) came to us and attended the enquiry without interest to sell and I asked him to call the person to whom he will be reporting. Then the manager named “Prakash” (+91 8489901909) came to me and described the product and I asked him for some extra fittings so that I will make the booking immediately. Finally he committed to provide us Bumper to Bumper Insurance, Temporary registration, a fan inside the cabin and a music system using the incentive they received from the company for Rs42,000/- . So I decided to pay the advance but due to the lag of EDC machine with them i didn’t pay at that time. After I came back to my home town I transferred an advance of Rupees One Lakh (Rs.1, 00,000/-) dated 30/03/2016 as they urged me to make the advance payment before 30th of March. After all the banking process have finished i called Mr.Prakash to inform the date of delivery and I didn’t get any proper response. Then my banker called him to complete their side formalities, he also got the same response. Later I found that Mr.Prakash failed to fulfill the commitments he made to me. I was totally shocked and disappointed about his behavior. I feel that I was totally dishonored . I called Mr. Prakash to ask for explanation but he avoided my call from 6th April. At last I called him yesterday 17th of April more than 10 times, but he didn’t pick my calls. He simply messaged me that he is in meeting. But while I am calling, his line goes on waiting. It has been 19 days since I paid the advance amount. If the beginning of the sales is like this, now I am seriously worried about the after sale service how it is going to be, which will be the key support for our development. So now I am totally frustrated and came to the conclusion to cancel the booking and decided to ask for the refund. Even though Daimler is well known for its standard of technology in the world of auto industry, it fails to reach the customer in a proper manner. This is the worst on worst experience that i have got in my life. As a youngster I totally disgusted and am going to publish this in each and every consumer forum and other social media platforms.
