Furniture breaks

The first thing is the couch was broken, one had a tear in corner and then a piece of wood in back was broken! Now my ottoman is broken and supposed to be replaced. Had it 3 months, it is *** *** furniture. Called ro co and they said i have to go through who i bought from, even though warranty through them, will never buy from them again
