I contacted Kanes to try to redeem the warranties that I purchased. They informed me that even though the finish was literally peeling off the couch, that the warranty didn't cover it, nor did the class action lawsuit that should have. Shady and sheisty, They've lost a customer. Shame on them. The customer service reps were unapologetic and unprofessional. I got transferred to several different departments. Apparently their warranties are only good if reported within 5 days. Anything else is deemed wear and tear. That is not how they sell it, and definitely not how I believe a lifetime warranty should work. All they want to do is send you a bottle of cleaning spray and call it a day. I fail to see how a bottle of spray will get the peeled finish back onto my couch, but I suppose I live and learn, and hope nobody else falls for their "lifetime warranty" -A very disatissfied ex-customer
