Furnace not working, again!

Had a new Bryant furnace installed last year (2019) an both last year and this year it has failed to function. Installer (Clark Systems of Troy, MI) came out last year and fiddled with it and got it working again. This morning it failed again. Can't get in touch with Clark (out of business?). We are cold and very unhappy with the reliability of the furnace. User's recommendation: Don't buy Bryant furnaces.
