I have called customer service many times about my account 000042091. I was told I would get reimbursed for my $991.97 payment to Petro Home Services on May 3, 2021. I also called about getting my old furnace replaced because it is leaking water from the bottom. I was told someone would get back to me on both matters but NOTHING. I have been making payments for YEARS. Please take responsibility for the contract . User's recommendation: Be CAREFUL.
