Update by user Apr 24, 2019 I filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which has acknowledged my complaint about the Wig Company. As of this date (4/24/19), I still have not received my refund or credit. Original review posted by user Mar 25, 2019 I placed an order with the The Company. After receiving the merchandise, it was not what I wanted, and returned the item, indicating I wanted a refund. The returned item was received on 2/19/2019. I have not yet received my refund as of this date (3/25/19). I have made numerous phone calls to their customer services department. I have been given the run around on all calls that I actually got through. Many calls made, and customer services would keep me on hold for long periods of time, then hang up. I have sent several emails, no response. Still no refund for the returned merchandise.
