I requested a withdrawal from my Etoro crypto trading account on 06/08/2021 to be sent to my updated bank account which I added on the etoro app, but the money was sent to my bank account number that I had on the app earlier which was already closed. I have sent several emails requesting for the money to be sent back to the right account and haven't gotten any response from them, I even attached a bank statement from the bank for the closed account showing the money came but the bank rejected it since the account was already closed. I have attached a copy of the bank statement from the bank for the closed account and it shows the money coming in but was rejected by the bank.
