Funds on hold since feb 6

Funds were placed on hold due to a hotel stay we had reserved but was not followed through on due to hotel room having mold growing in miltiple places theoughout the room so they front desk reversed the transaction back to my card. Those funds are still showing on hold on my account since feb 6th. I need that money
