I had already had three on my app and went on sat 07/31 to purchase gas unfortunately my car fill up at 4.9 gallon and was short only a little over a gallon all of my other purchase were way over the 6 gallon limit. I call today and spoke with crystal who said she could not do anything. I think it was the end of the day and she was in a hurry to leave. Ask for manager said there were all gone for the day. I purchase gas at thornton at least once a week and have been a customer for a long time. I think crystal could have been a little more understanding and I know I have talk to preview representative who were able to satisfy my needs.
