6 months after I paid out of pocket to fix my fuel flange on my Cayenne the recall was finally listed and acknowledged. It is now several YEARS later and I am still awaiting my refund from Porsche. They do not care that I could have blown up due to all the gasoline spillage. I submitted all my papers to the company in Ohio handling reimbursement for this recall and they have acknowledged I am due for a refund but Porsche has NOT issued the funds. The reimbursement papers say it takes 4-10 weeks to process and receive your refund but I am now on week 16. I have owned 3 of their vehicles but NEVER again. They treat their customers like they do not matter and actions speak louder than words.
