FTTH Downtime

Good day, Yellowwood Park, Durban, Vodacom are the FNO for this area, and are out with clients now been out for some 12 days and still no feedback regarding the time lines to when it will be resolved. There has been more downtime for clients in this area, than up time. Been in this industry for over 30 years, and never seen such a terrible network
