FTM 2019 has a lot of functionality that I enjoy. In general, it answers my needs. However, there is a known bug that has not been fixed and the result is that it negates the connection to Family Search. When I click on hints from Family Search, most often what results is the "wheel of death" spinning endlessly until eventually I'll get an error message that says my request can't be serviced and try again. I've contacted support three times. Finally, I learned that this is a known error. It makes the connection to Family Search useless. User's recommendation: If you think that compatibility with Family Search is important, don't buy FTM 2019 or at least delay until this bug is fixed.
