Frustrating time

I am a Juno customer over 15+ years FOR JUNO MEGA + EMAIL SERVICE.IN THIS PERIOD MANY TIME MY DESKTOP COMPUTER STOPPED WORKING AND I LOST MANY CONTACTS/ MESSAGES. NOW WHEN I SHIFTED TO SMART PHONES BOTH IOS ON APPLE AND ANDROID PHONES, IT WAS BETTER. BUT SINCE TWO DAYS I LOST MY ALL INFO IN JUNO INCLUDING MESSAGES/CONTACTS.ADDED TO THIS WHEN I WANT TO DELETE AND THEN ADD JUNO TO SMART MOBILE I GET MESSAGES SAYING “POP.JUNO.COM” IS NOT BEING CONNECTED FOR INWARD MAIL AND ‘SMTP.JUNO.COM” SAYS NOT CONNECTED EVEN THOUGH I ENTER PROPER SAVED PASSWORDS.
