Frustrated now

Cant seem to solve a simple exchange ! Disappointed on cheap material , picture very deceiving, instead of being a 50.00 dollar purchase it looks like a 5.00 purchase! Was willing to exchange the item but now all I want is a refund due to not even being able to do a simple exchange!! Nor speak to a live person to solve this quickly! User's recommendation: Do not purchase.
