I only shop at Freddie's because it is easy to hop on the Max for 20 minutes. But Freddie, at my location, does a lousy job at stocking shelves and because of Covid-19, they hiked up their prices on almost everything especially Clorox, toilet paper, Meat, Milk, Wine, and Beer at prices on par with Whole Foods. Hence, I do my major shopping at Trader Joe's. User's recommendation: Depends on the neighborhood.
