Has taken more than a year to get punch list taken care of!! Takes 4 sometimes 5 people to come out and assess a problem before they even make a decision to act on it and then get it repaired properly. Workmanship was awful and they should know you get what you pay for. Get cheap labor but charge the buyer high prices and many-many months of frustration. Don't expect any imagination on the part of the builder...if its not on the plan or if you want to make a change forget it! This goes for inside your home as well as outside in the planned community. Overall community looks nice, but really take the time to look over the plans before you buy...especially if not yet built or under construction. You will be surprised at what is left out that you would think would be a normal completion, even outside, i.e., sidewalks, driveway spacing, etc. Beware...check and double check or you will be stuck with what you get.
