I am from Multan, I and my friend booked 2 tickets of Pegasus air from Karachi to Moscow from faremakers Lahore for 03 june 2021 of amount Rs 336, 000. We took a flight from Faisalabad to Karachi reached there. (We spent almost 60, 000 on domestic flight, PCR test and travel insurance). When we reached to airline counter at Karachi airport for boarding pass they told that flight from Istanbul to Moscow has been canceled and they said they already have informed it on 31st may. while booking farmekers did mentioned their own email id and mobile number so we didn't receive any email or sms. When we contacted them from air port they didn't pick call as it was around 2:00 am night. Next morning when we contacted them they said we are sorry for that and we can book another flight of Qatar air for next day. We agree and paid fare difference amount that was 80, 000 and booked Qatar air flight. Had PCR test again. Flight time was 3:00 am next morning but when we reached airport at 11:00 PM they called again asked us to transfer 336, 000 more otherwise they will cancel the ticket because they said flight from Istanbul is not cancelled. I sent them call recording with Pagusas Air help line in which they clearly said that flight was canceled and you take full refund. But they kept forcing to transfer 336, 000 again and they will return it to us when they will get back from air line. I asked them I can transfer 100, 000 more for surety if air line deduct some amount they can deduct from that 100, 000. But they didn't agree and at 11:30 am they cancelled our ticket and we had to go back to hotel again. Next day we buy a ticket from Karachi to Faisalabad and came back. From 4th june we were in contact them firstly they kept denying that flight was canceled after 10 days they agree that flight was canceled actually and they will will transfer amount to our account within 15 days while the airline said that in case of flight cancellation they refund full amount within 3-5 days but we agreed whatever they said. Now after more almost 2 months they transferred 309, 120 which are almost 27K lesser than what we have paid to them. Now my question is if air line returned full amount within a week, why they took 2 months and why they deducted 27K? First due to their negligence we lost almost 1 lakh in domestic travelling and staying in Karachi wasted 4 days, now instead of giving compensation they didn't transfer actual amount. I have all deviance, conversation and email history with faremakers and Pegasus. Voice recordings of calls. I hope VOC can help us in this regard and kindly suggest me what forum should we use to get our hard earned money back?
