Art Van has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. ALPINE STORE IN COMSTOCK PARK. 5 trips 40 minutes away and three of the trips I drove off without my product. I was told on the phone they didnt blame me if I came in for s full refund. What company would teach those practices? Corporate America has gone to pieces at Art Van. Sure I was offered a 100.00 in store credit, its not worth the paper it was wrote on. Never again will Art Van get my business.
