I purchased a Frigidaire dishwasher almost a year ago. It has never worked, not even once since I bought it. Frigidaire has sent technicians out six times, they have replaced the same same parts multiple times. They will not deem the dishwasher unrepairable . They claim that the technician says it can be repaired although two different techs they sent out told me it was unrepairable and even called the Frigidaire tech line from my kitchen so I could hear them tell Frigidaire that it is unrepairable, which Frigidaire denies any such calls have taken place. Today when I contacted them again, they told me they only have records of one service visit to my home. I supplied them with dates of the other visits which they deny have occurred. They even shipped replacement parts directly to my home for two of the repair visits. They said they have no record of any parts being sent to me. This is absolutely bonkers that they refuse to replace the defective item. I have to take a day off of work for each visit to my home by a technician, I have used seven of my paid days off over the course of the year just for repair appointments, that they now claim have never occurred. They told me today I must have registered my appliance with incorrect information, which is bananas since I used photo register with the QR code inside the door of the dishwasher, so I could not have incorrectly entered information.
