I couldn't arrange meetings with the tutor I paid for on tutoroo duw to both of our schedules and asked for a refund. The tutor didn't have any flexibility so it was impossible for us to meet up. At first tutoroo said they were on it. It has been more than 5 months and now they don't answer my messages and keep saying they forwarded the issue to the payment team which is clearly a lie. I am bored of companies like tutoroo exploiting customers. My refund is 60 eur worth and I have no intention of paying for a service I didn't receive.
