I'm beyond frustrated.. We purchased this freezer in Jan 2020 at Home Depot and within a few months it stopped cooling. I called frigidaire and they had a tech come out and he informed us that this particular model freezer has had numerous problems with cooling and that the part needed to repair it was on back order. So we had to wait and after a couple of weeks he came to fix it. A month later the exact same thing happened again and the repair man came out and said this problem is recurring and that he recommended a buy back. We called and spoke to a representative and they suggested the same thing. My wife called and after a heated back and forth she was told that the freezer wouldn't be bought back and they'd send someone out. Well no one has come back and it's been a month since then. And I'm currently on hold with frigidaire as I'm typing. I've literally been on hold for 3 hours and 19 minutes. What makes it so bad is I guess they flagged our account after my wife called because someone picked up after an 1hr and said nothing for awhile then promptly put us back on hold. This is beyond frustrating and I find it hard for anyone not to be upset in regards to such treatment. We are hoping for a buyback... Someone help. ***Literally they just hung up**** over 3 hours and then business hours ended apparently.
