“Free Refund” Falsehood

I have emailed you and received no response except from a bot. I have been charged a $4.95 refund fee AND a $4.00 pick up fee when I went to send the package with the shipping label you provided. That is $8.95 for your "NO WORRIES" exchange and refund policy. This is unacceptable. To say nothing of your absurd pressure to exchange not return. Your company policies are a fallacy. I will make sure to let the public know. Constance Leo Ryan User's recommendation: Avoid at all costs.
