Free ham

I spend $300-$400 every week at Giant. I went to get a free ham and they said I only have 200 points, 700 pts expired in March, this was April 2. I never knew they expired so I called cust service. She was nice enough to give me my points back and free ham. I was never going back there, but since they made good, I will be back. Thank you
