Fraudulently sold tickets

I was sold 2 tickets for St Marks basilica, Venice as skip the line. This did not exist due to covid and the website had not been updated. I refused to partake in the tour as a result and have since been trying to obtain a refund. I have been refunded 6 out of 64 and the company refuses to respond to my communications. Do not use this company! User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
