Fraudulent use of my CC after purchase

I actually liked the Dermagist products... I bought the whole kit and was on the recurrent shipping program. After my first purchase, there were 2 charges made to my card for other online companies, plus one for a Florida based company. I called Dermagist and, of course, they denied it (and sounded very sincere). After the second shipment and payment to Dermagist, there were AGAIN other charges made to my credit card account. One of the merchants caught it and it didn't go through, the other two credited me back immediately, so I didn't lose anything. Once maybe, twice? Not a coincidence. I tried calling numerous times to talk to a supervisor or VP, but could never get past the two sales people who handle everything. They always said they would pass on my message, but, of course, they didn't. Never got a call back from anyone. This happened about a year ago, but I just got an email from them for 20% off my next purchase. Fat chance.
