Fraudulent marketing of VIP Program

I just ordered a couple of items online from Signals. At checkout, the website offered a free shipping option. After clicking on it, I discovered Signals had automatically signed me up for its VIP Program which costs $14.95 per month! It will be automatically deducted from the credit card I used to purchase the items! Outrageous! I will not be buying anything from Signals again.
