You all booked a room at the Double tree Metropolitan NY on July 14,2021 for scheduled reservations of September 2-7,2021 and the hotel was closed down when you booked it and was not scheduled for re-opening until Oct 2021.. So why would you charge and book for a CLOSED hotel???? User's recommendation: DO NOT TRUST SNAPTRAVEL. THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS.
