So basically we got locked out of the account in November and not even have access to it sent 300+emails with not 1 reply they have now taken 1300 pounds out for a so-called RT can anyone help what the RTs mean and how I can get in contact as It's not their money don't even attempt to open a bank with these wishes we never did
