I purchased a phone the last day of the credit available told I would get a $600 credit. The credit issued was Zero. The phone met all the requirements, worked, no cracked screen, reset to factory. They stated the phone had a swollen battery. It worked fine for me with no issues. I will be pursuing this as I am pissed. They suck, bait and switch, go elsewhere.
