Fraud with delivery and billing

I have ordered furniture in jun 2018 and the key furniture was never delivered even after several months follow up. Now cancellation not done correctly and they took the full money of the order from the financing bank and not giving it back. Now i dont have the furniture i wanted but still need to pay for money i dont owe. Store as well as their call centers are useless and no support. Only option i have may be court case. Very bad.
