I bought an open box appliance package. Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher all Kitchen Aide. After calling Kitchen Aide for warranty I was told the fridge was a used appliance over 7 years old. When we plugged into outlet my wife was electrocuted because previous owner had removed ground wire. These appliances were sold as new units. I have been mislead. User's recommendation: Do not buy unless fully aerate if new or used and how old units are.
