Researched at court house revealed errors in getting clear title to home and documents not provided by attorney or real estate home path broker. details provided if requested. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM FRAUD only wanted our money. NO HELP AT ALL>; House was inhabital and would not be within 60 days of repairs and could be taken away from us after we did repairs not given ample time to do inspection after bid accepted. no attorney contact only broker and agent contacted us after we contacted them many times. only interested in getting our money
