If you live in Franklin and would like to buy appliances for your home, STAY AWAY from this company. We like to give our business to local owned normally, but were treated so poorly after spending so much of our hard earned money. We asked the sales person if they deliver free, we got told yes since we were local. We asked was there any fees and she said only for installation. We opted out of that, since we knew how to do that. The delivery came and they were instructed to drop and go. That meant drop the boxes in the driveway and leave for the customer to bring up one flight of stairs from the deck into the house. We specifically asked the sales girl is there a problem going upstairs, and she said no not at all. So the delivery guys said ok we will bring it up. Then the phone calls started coming, asking their guys what was taking so long. Our fridge came up into the house in pieces, which we had to put back together ourselves. Then came the bill, the sales girl stated we have to charge you for installation. Since when is bringing it into the house in pieces and left installation. Then the owner gets on the phone, well you call it installation we call it labor....uh installation charges were the words of your sales person. One month later certified bill comes in the mail, now we have to go to the post office to get our bill for "installation and labor" FRAUD, FRAUD FRAUD. How many more people have gone through this? It's not the money that is the issue, it's the honesty and giving good customer service.
