Today I would like to file a complaint to BNL (Banca Nazionale del Lavoro) Italy,Gruppo BNP Paribas, my biggest disappointment with this Bank that I thought a world class and reliable Bank! I opened my bank account three months ago at BNL Bank branch, Cassacia, where the Bank is located inside my work place, ENEA. I told the lady that I wanted to open a bank account. The lady speaks English very good, asked my personal information and prepared the form for opening a bank account. She didn't say anything except asking my detail information and after completing the data she asked me to return again to signed all the documents and I signed it all. All the documents are in Italian, I don't understand a word and I just trust her and I trust BNL. How naive, I am being fooled by her, by BNL people, by BNL Bank! Today I checked my bank account online and there are three consecutive withdrawals from my account each 29.9 euros saying that it is Payment for Healh Insurance (Pagamenti Diversi Salute)! Well of course I knew that after I translated in Google Translate since BNL Italy website is only in Italian! I went to the Bank to asked about it and the same lady said that it is for BNL health insurance and I said I never applied for health insurance because I have an insurance already. Ignorantly she said you signed it and this insurance is much better. *** yeah! What is the use of Health insurance if I don't even know that I have it!!! How can I applied for Health Insurance and I was not being informed at all about it. This is a fraud by BNL people, by BNL bank to its customer. They purposely not informed me about the insurance because definitely I will declined it! They charged the money three months after and will continue doing this to me and to all of their customer who is not being aware of this issue! I am being ripped off by BNL Bank! Maybe 90 euros is nothing but a world class and reliable Bank won't do that kind of thing, No?! I asked the lady to cut the insurance and she answered annoyingly Next Year! So be aware to this BNL people and BNL Bank especially in Italy!! They are fraudsters! Thanks BNL for giving me a "nice" surprise during my holidays!!! I'm taking the complaint further to let the whole world know about this scheme prepared by BNL people! I regret the day I encountered with these people!
