JFM0027FB0 I rented this car on 4/5 through Hotels.com I arrived to pick up the car on 5/29/21 and was forced to purchase bogus "civil liability insurance" listed nowhere in your agreement, voucher or details. I had the appropriate coverage from Chase Sapphire and the Cartrawler coverage, but was still subjected to $19.95 per day ($242 USD) for a fake insurance forced by the company.
