Fraud, arrogant, cheats and need to be put behind bars soon

This complaint almost mirrors every other comment and complaint on this forum. This company is a fraud and a bunch of trained cheats all trained to perfection in providing false commitments over email and over phone. The sales department is intentionally de-linked from the post-sales department for effective fleecing and creating mis communications I personally must have had 30+ hours of phone conversations over the period of 1.5 months from the time they first booked the ticket till now and about 30 to 40 email correspondences. To note-This is the second time they have done this first to me in December and then to my parents. For sake of brevity I have retained this comment to only the second incident where they did not issue the tickets at all and are delaying the refund beyond their "policy" This incident is the booking of 2 tickets from Bangalore to Durham for the 12th of August. The tickets were for my parents and they were coming here for a social engagement. Anmol of Myairticket, was the sales correspondent and Mohit Bhandari his supervisor both expert scam artists like everyone else in the company. On the day of the travel tickets never came and when I stayed awake th whole night of 12th (Am in the US) and requested for an alternate arrangement they issued a fake itinerary again. Ultimately even after waiting for a week after the travel date of 12th, they never issued an alternate ticket. One representative by name Vikas ( post sales department) had the audacity to say its a student season and we are first prioritizing their tickets before your parents, since your parents can wait( Mind you, this is after the travel date of 12th). Not only that this is audacious and arrogant, my parents had to come here for a social engagement and hence were time bound. Another representative(Aman) mentioned that ticket prices are too high and hence they cannot make any alternate arrangements till October. We went ahead and booked alternate tickets paying almost twice as much as we had budgeted for may parents to come here. We then requested for the refund, but even this has not happened. We are not sure what there plans are and of course their lack of response continues. Am taking this effort to ensure that this complaint reaches the world through every forum and does everything possible for them to take commensurate and satisfactory action. I have already posted this comment on the NRI and PIO community in the US to ensure that there main source of revenue is curtailed. For the viewers of the forum I am fine if you would want to contact me for more information or proof of how this company cheats. Please don't book with them and lets join together in ensuring that companies like this are prosecuted if they fail to take action and are not responsible for consumer satisfaction. Myairticket folks, You might just copy paste your response on this comment as you have done on every other but proofs are proofs and if you dont behave you will see how this moves forward, and I can ensure you it will pain. So please take an action.
