For starters i had the Samsung galaxy a10e i ended up upgrading to the Samsung galaxy a20 just my luck the hole screen cracked and will I through it away both phones i was useing my account tiffanychavez69.tc@***.com when my a20 the screen cracked i switch back to my Samsung galaxy a10e but i had forgotten my password its been 10 months i been trying to get ahold of Google for help ive done every troubleshooting tips step-by-step but no luck and Google support ther is no way of getting in contact with anyone at all they dont responde User's recommendation: I have nothing at all.
