During anti money laundering compliance procedures it became clear that clients you referred to us, could not confirm if it was their funds they were moving, or the reason they wanted funds transferred. Due to the lengthy and time consuming process it involved to investigate the history of the unusual trades clients were placing, this resulted in a cost to as far exceeding any commissions that were due.
