On April 24, 2019, I order a large catering platter from Jimmy Johns located at 495 South Main St., Las Vegas NV for the Nevada Department of Taxation offices located at 555 E. Washington, Las Vegas NV. We refrigerated the sandwich balance overnight and this morning several of us indulged. Upon taking the third bite of my tuna sandwich, I bit down on what I suspected to be an egg shell ( considering it was tuna salad) however, to my surprise, it was a staple. Thankfully, I bit down slowing and felt it before swallowing it. We have since disposed of the sandwich balance. How did a staple get into the tuna is my question and their process requires evaluation and correction. This could have been a situation that caused severe injury. I expect a response for this as this is extremely unacceptable. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter.
