We will be ages 75 and 78 in a few months. For the past 15 months we have deposited $36,000 in Court account. We made all payments on time as directed by Judge Hoffer. We have demonstrated that we have the income and will to make all payments under a new mortgage. Should we be forced to leave, we would become Homeless and would have lost our home of 48 year and the equity and the $36,000. We would have nothing from all the years of positive contributions to our community. We have an annual income of $95,000. I take 5 medications for Hypertension and other medical related issues.
