Purchased spania 17. After filled with water, got problem with water leak from sitting side from water pump. For to do service I drained water 1800 gallons. BECAUSE they don't have installed service valves!!! If you think you got warranty... forget. Katrine not answering, ignoring. I paid my self for parts, service. Barefoot spas gives phone# to pool technicians, but they asked for my credit card number. They charging $130,- one hour.... It's mind I use to pay for Barefoot spas warranty... User's recommendation: Don't know what to say...
