For termination of internet for relocation

Slow service in terms of customer concern and complain. Their response for 10 minutes due to their policy and system. Their customer hotlinesvare very confuse due to different experties or department inside their company. First call was system then dial again the next number for the specific concern but unfortunately it took ten to thirty minutes. If they have not engage with my concern to process my request meaning they disregarding the right of customer. Hopefully tomorr tomorrow
