I was redeeming the 2k pesos for bdo's promo for 45k plus single receipt last december before 2019. I was informed by rustans supermarket that there was no available gift certificate for the promo. Last night, 22 feb 2019, i was in rustans, katipunan again to claim the promo which is already 4 k pesos. I was surprised that when the staff at customer service of rustans was checking my credit card at their terminal it came out in small piece of paper that promo was redeemed already. How come it happened. I haven't claimed anything from that promo. I purchased eyeglasses at eyesportswear at up town center for php58, 800 on dec. 5, 2018 and spent at s&r for php 54, 999.00 on dec. 30, 2018. I waited for almost 2 months for the gift cert which is not available at rustans. When it was available i can't claim it. Your promo is until march 1, 2019 only. How can i redeemed it when it is only one week left? i was using amex card for 15 years already and this is the only time i encountered this. I was a good customer but why did this happened?
