For my reservation

I had to make another reservation and payment because I had one may 3-may 11, paid for it and then it was cancelled because I was held up. I had to pay for another weeks but I do not think that is fair at all. I want to speak to someone about a refund. User's recommendation: This is robbery. I paid but can't find my confirmation #.
