I placed in food order online for pickup to pay in store. I arrived 3 minutes before the time it was scheduled to be completed. Went to the counter, paid with barcode from order, received receipt & waited in store. After 50 minutes I finally went to the counter and the attendant yelled to the store asking if I paid, while I had the receipt in my hand. The food was cold and the service was very unpleasant.
