Hi I ordered pizza and it was totally messed up my order. When i complained with 5 min to the store guy Ali said nothing we can do we will not refund or do replacement and either we will not send delivery man to collect pizza the way of talking was really rude no sorry no. Apologies and THIS is not the FIRST time last week they did the same i waisted my time and money. Waisted my time calling and emailing head office NO action has been made as been told you should contact the store before logging the complain online ( i did 3 times) I thought i I ordered online so better log complain online. Anyway left messages for manager he didn't bother at all his supervisor Abdul misbehave. Anyway i left that issue and made a new start and ordered again and this time situation was even more worse now pizza are in my fridge. Cuz they paid no attention i called right next minute. Now i want refund back previous and this new order as well. I been very polite and only ask replacement but to be honest it was my mistake if this franchise have no sense or responsibility ot care why should i leave my money.
