I purchased after a bad typo hard reset of android phone... I should have researched the company first... DO NOT make same mistake I did... Their product is worthless... It did nothing to recover anything that had just been wiped out.. I tried to run several times, and the trial they offer is no good at all... you cannot perform any functions to see how it even will work... After this report, next stop is another for scam reportS.
