Follow up the replacement of my go pro 8

Hi. Ive been waiting for my go pro replacement for almost 2 months now and I havent heard anything about it, no progress at all. I have already returned my go pro back and as I track it down thru UPS, they have received my go pro last May 11, 2021. Please help me track or give me any updates on when can I get my Go Pro Hero 8 replacement. Thank you!
