Follow-up refund from parsley baldwin

my husband and i rented a condo from PB, on the day we moved in, i cleaned the whole condo as it was dirty. notified PB of the issue, took pictures. stayed there for one week and we would have to leave the condo as they were showing it, which was fine. we left it cleaner then how it was found. we did get our deposit back after a couple of phone calls, i asked for a credit on the cleaning deposit, i have called the office 4 times and they (mainly Rachel) says they will get back to me, i have heard zilch. i am very, very disappointed in there handling or not handling the issue, i will not recommend them for rentals and have not said much about PB but look into their policies and how they handle issues before booking with them.
